Well you will have to be a bit more specific.... could you explain any more scenes and how mutated was the man or did he just kill with this tongue?

Can you remember any of the Cast members? even if not by name... like for example you could say "what was the man in Terminator 2 who turned to liquid metal"  i would then know you was on about for this instance Robert Patrick.

So if movie you saw was about some school where teachers was Aliens and it had that actor who played liquid Terminator in Terminator 2 then i would know mystrey movie was The Faculty

if you know what i mean?

As far as going around killing people with Tongues not many movies come to mind, one does and thats Species.

And funny that this movie was influenced by HR Gigers work also just like Alien.

It sounds to be "KILLER TONGUE", directed by Alberto Sciamma

its not "Species" is it? Giger designed the Alien creature and she killed with her tongue.
