Space jockey: higher power?

The space jockey seen in the derelict is clearly much larger then the engineer in Prometheus. Maybe the space jockey is the creator of the engineers. The engineers may have been made specifically in the way of the space jockey just to create new life. The engineers in Prometheus might be symbolized by God and Lucifer. The engineer wanted to become God, but was denied that power , so rebelled along side other fallen angels to destroy man kind.
