Could a facehugger implant a xenomorph in a T-100 ?.

Are organs required for growth?.

Would it be a normal alien or a kind of merge?. (No genes to alien to use)

Would it be able to break through the metal chest?.

There might be an extremely low chance that it could happen if the Terminator had living tissue and blood around the robotic skeleton. However, if a Chestburster was born from this, it probably wouldn't survive for very long, considering it was born from a synthetic organism.
