Since Alien:Covenant deals with couples, will we see a natural birth that has been altered by a black goo infection?

In Alien: Covenant...Let's say these couples travel to the dangerous planet, will some of the crew already be pregnant in early stages? and if arrived and settled but afterwards infected somehow while withchild,...would this be a moment we see one of Giger's baby headed alien designs in a some what natural/unnatural birth?

The franchise has re-used unused ideas and dropped concepts before...
And certainly a mid term pregnant female exposed to the Goo could lead to some interesting ideas...
I think it would make a Horrific Scene.... imagine she was 4 months before Cryo-sleep and then gets infected and sees her belly swell up in a matter of days...
Take her to a infirmary as her waters break and then when they ask her to push ... the Baby Head Alien breaks from her Belly/Womb...
I think that could Top the Alien 1979 Chest Buster.
I think the concept that did not have the Xeno Back Structures would work the best.... especially if the colonist are unaware and this came out
It would not look to Alieny... and so the crew would maybe not suspect much.. and wonder if its a contamination thats caused a defect... especially if we have not seen to much Xeno related goings on at this point..
The Crew would maybe Quarantine the child instead of destroy it... so they can kind of figure what the hells gone on...
Then imagine all kinds of $"%"£% to hit the fan so the crews concentration is on a Xeno related threat and so they take there eyes off the Infant and it soon grows to like this alternative Fifield Concept..
