My favourites stories are Book 1 and Book 2 (aka Outbreak and Nightmare Asylum).  Unfortunately Omnibus Vol 1 has the re-mastered version where Hicks and Newt got changed to Wilks and Billie.  Vol 3, 4 and 5 all have a good mix of stuff.

I wish someone would go back and rechange the names back to Newt and Hicks now that Alien 5 is on its way.

I love most of all the comics in the ALIEN Omnibus, they kind of draw parallels to Prometheus in a funny way.

Dark Horse released the unaltered version of Book 1 earlier this year.
