1979 Kenner Alien Action Figure
windebieste
MemberOvomorphNov-20-2016 4:42 PMThe first Alien action figure; and the first toy based on an R-rated movie. Frequently these vintage items can be found today but are commonly broken and missing parts.
I've written a massive thread dedicated to outlining how to repair and maintain one of these Classic action figures:
1979 Kenner Alien Complete Restoration
Enjoy!

MemberOvomorphDec-12-2016 3:57 PMThank you. It's coming along fine. The book is largely complete now - it needs fine tuning in terms of content. Then Professionally edited and designed to be presentable. Those 2 costs will be factored into the KickStarter campaign sometime next year. Not far away now, huh.
I'll be announcing when that happens well in advance.
Right now, my big priority is promoting its existence. As such, the site is updated regularly. Go check it out.

MemberOvomorphDec-13-2016 10:19 PMThank you. Mind you, you won't have to just take my word for it. Soon you'll be able to judge that for yourself first hand once I release the 30 page excerpt.
That's planned for release around the end of the year. Not far to go, now. ;)

AdminEngineerDec-18-2016 9:41 AMContinuously impressed by this. How long has this taken you to put together, just out of curiosity?

MemberOvomorphDec-18-2016 12:37 PM18 months; which also included 12 months of waiting, waiting, waiting... for legal advice and guidance. Mind you, that time was also put into getting everything ready for the site launch. Now I just have to organise the excerpt for release.
