Neomorphs: Eyes or No Eyes?

I don't know if they will have eyes or not, but they look scarier with eyes in my opinion.

I think they went through a couple of designs judging by the picture below (if the picture is legit) but ultimately chose the version without eyes. I'm 90% certain that the Neo/s won't have eyes in AC.

It would be interesting to see something different though. Not sure what I'd prefer myself.

Judging from the second trailer,I think that they don't have eyes.Even one neomorph doesn't have mouth.

Personaly I've never liked the idea of eyes on a Alien creature, but a close up shot of a neo with big black eyes, snarling, could actually be quite cool.

The evidence I have seen points to no eyes or maybe seeing subtle eye sockets. I think no eyes is more menacing.

I love the idea with the translucent head with visible sockets. Like the original... That we did not get to see. (Well, if you did'nt happen to own VCR with a pausebutton, that is)

Below is an image flipped, zoomed, and enhanced. There appears to be an eye visible on the left side of the xenomorph face. 

This image below is a cut out of the above image and resized.

If it is an eye, my opinion is that it is a scary eye.

I prefer them to be eyeless.

Here is a reverse value image of the xenomorph.

There appears to be shadows where eye cavity would be (above) expected based on this cover art below. 

Is this concept image above the neomorph?

I use it as an example because it is presumed that the organisms would carry similar traits.

From what i have seen it appears they have Eyes.

I edited this Carlos Huante Ultramorph to what i think the Neomorph will look like.

I am 70/30 in favor of them having Eyes

OK I will compromise. No eyes on the head.

I think at the MOST they will have sockets UNDERNEATH the dome, but I don't think that they'll have eyes outright.

Let's make a bet 

I can't really get into the thought of them outright having eyes.  It just takes some of the menacing look out of it and replaces fright with curiosity.  But, of course, It could end up scaring the bajeebus out of me.

Hard to say, really.  The eyes in the pic BigD posted looks less intimidating than some of the fish I've caught over the years.

Maybe who knows, i guess time will tell and the Neomorph is based of a lot of concept ideas, and these some have eyes others dont.

The leaked Props also some have eyes and some dont, and so it will be interesting to SEE Pardon the Pun what we end up with.

I think maybe it has eyes or at least something that could be mistaken for eyes... i dont think its completely Eyeless like the Deacon was.

The above is from the Trailer and i can make out what appear to be eyes... i think as the image i edited in prior post it will look like that Huante Ultramorph with the edited head that i did but it would be more bulbous

With Eyes take from like the Babyhead..

I have modified his Babyhead hear by extending the head a bit

And so i think the actual Adult or indeed the stage where it attacks in the trailer at night i feel will be more close to this concept.

I don't think it's beyond the possibility that the two Neomorphs look different from one another. Maybe one will have eyes like the Baby Head, and one will look like the Beluga Xenomorph from the A:E script

I believe so, and I think it's the fully grown Neo's head to be used with a man in a suit in some shots.

The damage on its mouth may've been caused by the knife slashes in the med bay as Ejogo's character fights for her life in this "toothsome and gruesome scene". Or maybe it was caused in a clash against the proto or xenomorph...

I think the half open mouth could be that it's just a concept design trying to capture its mouth closed from one angle, and snarling on the other. I think it'll look more like your profile picture in the film
