Daniels' X-Ray, something is out of place.
Why would you watermark your images?
Are you scared over news outlets stealing your images?
Edgy Name, that's funny, yes.
I saw this image I cut below in a media report regarding Alien: Covenant.
You do realize that's the sincerest form of flattery right? How do you know they didn't just pause the video at the same spot and snippet their own image?
Rick, I know, I'm flattered. The shot was a zoom in a still so they could have captured the exact zoom and time with their surgical interest and fantastic coincidence of cropping. Sure.
I'm not trying to get on your nerves (nor anyone else) with the watermark Edgy Name. Here is an enhanced image of your plastinated Engineer, no watermark.
Hmm, after looking at the x-ray and comparing it to the info about the actress's height and such (which is the character's), and then looking up an anatomy chart this could only be just-prior to the critter emerging. It's size and placement would mean serious to fatal compromise of lung and cardiac function from the pressure it'd be causing on those organs.
Interesting critter design/appearance though, gets my mind working :)
IN SPACE THERE IS NO WARNING
No they don't, they don't even show up like that on an MRI. The eyes, definitely photoshopped in to lend 'recognizability' to the x-ray image, as one would expect in a Promotional material.
IN SPACE THERE IS NO WARNING
I just realized "Daniels" could almost pass off as an anagram of Aliens

You're welcome, but there was a post around here from a long-time Radiologist who gives a more complete and much better dissertation about these pics and x-rays and such, here's a link to the topic with the post by Qubism

IN SPACE THERE IS NO WARNING
I'm not so sure we should put much stock into the Xray pics as spoilers. This shows a small but fully formed xeno whereas in Alien it was more serpentine with little buds as arms.
