The Mouth Buster?

There's likely a whole load of cavity bursters in this thing...

Yeah there's going to be a lot of "bursting" in this one I think. I'm fairly certain that the mouth burster is still happening, but it hasn't been shown in the marketing as of yet 

Well i think those rumors cant had been false there has to be some degree of truth to them, looking at the timeline of events i wonder if the 2nd Infection happened a little while latter, as if there was a Ear and Mouth/Nose Infection from the same event i would assume there would not have been much time between the Back Burster and Head/Throat Burster.

The Victim of this Throat Burster is narrowed down to just TWO Guys.  But that could be spoiling it a bit... but then anyone who studies the Trailers and other Footage would know there would only be TWO Potential Victims for this.

As every other death has been accounted for, in the whole movie apart from Daniels, Tennessee, Lope the TWO Androids and these TWO other Victims who one has to be the Throat Buster. 

I think its gonna be Lope that gets mouth bursted. He posted a picture on twitter I believe where they were making a cast of his head.
