Just saw A:C tonight (12/05/17) [Spoiler Alert]
Hi Everyone
I just caught an 8pm viewing earlier tonight, I have been anxiously waiting for this movie since I am a huge fan of both the alien films, Prometheus & all the videogames.
For me, The first 1/3 of the movie was slow, What didn't help was how uninteresting all the characters were (except Walter).
Phase 2/3 of the film, this is where it gets interesting, I loved how they explored a bit of the scenery around them, the spores were fine and the first two encounters were great! I loved how Walter saved Daniels by giving up his hand. Then came across David, his castle & his experiments. Yep all good here too!
Phase 3/3. Seriously.. What the fudge.
Does this movie even have a climax? The last encounter was so fudging POOR. I couldn't believe that was it. You have this great build up in the middle and poof, off the cliff everything goes. The movie felt so unsatisfying at the end.
I seriously want James Cameron back.
