Crazy derelict theory **Contains AC spoliers**

I think this is a Far Fetched idea, not meaning to be disrespectful...

I would assume Walter would not be able to fix that ship at all, as why would David not have done so?

I do think having Walter being alive would be interesting though, and maybe having a Elder turn up to Paradise and then discover Walter..

Then we either have the Elders be Benevolent and some how communicate with Walter, maybe Walter learns how to speak their Language or he already knows but he did not have time to study their Hieroglyphs due to being busy with the events in AC.

So Walter and a Elder take off to find David, or at least go to LV-223 and we can then see either Walter (revealed to be part Organic) or the Elder becomes the Space Jockey

Or have the Elder being not Benevolent and seeing what Horrors a Humans Creation has caused and then experiments on Walter and Davids Creations to then create a Bio-Mechanical Version they then intend to unleash on Earth but first Stop is to go and find David as they suspect he would be off to LV-223

So something like this could work.

I personally prefer to leave out Walter in the next sequel. His character is kinda one-dimensional if you ask me and I hope Awakening will be a David one man show.

With regard to the self-healing that Walter appeared to have in AC.  That kind of lays to rest any potential that David transferred over to his body doesn't it?  He wasn't healing and was being stapled back together on the ship at the end of the film.  

Yes David's stapled face left me wondering if this is the beginning of his transition into a Frankenstein creature himself. Is Ridley planning to make David both the creator and the creature?

One thing that has been discussed here and other threads is the eggs in the derelict. I cant remember if anybody has said this but most of the egg bays show hatched eggs! So who served as that many hosts for the xenomorph!?

The answer is the Covenant crew and I say well, maybe.

Just freeze that scene with Kane descending and that is a poop ton of eggs.
