Oats: A filmmaking venture from director Neill Blomkamp featuring Sigourney Weaver.

I know a lot of you are disappointed that Neill Blomkamp will most likely not be making Alien 5, that said I wanted to reassure everyone that he is currently working on a project with Sigourney Weaver, and it looks like he's gone back to his roots as a director. The videos look and feel like his Halo shorts which led him to make District 9.

Good on the man. He should stick to this instead of putting his trust in the Hollywood soul suckers. Really hope he sticks with it.

I think he has done well on a small Budget...

If his Oats Project gets some Good Reviews then who knows if FOX may contact him about a Project.. because if they are ever going to consider bringing Ripley into the Franchise apart from as a Younger Girl (12-13) then they would need to do it sooner rather than latter.

I kind of hope Alien 5 does not get made ever though..
