Alien: Covenant composer Jed Kurzel did a bloody brilliant job of creating a blooding, dark and atmospheric soundtrack woven masterfully with tantalising snippets of the musical themes from Alien and Prometheus. It was truly one of the stand out aspects of the film.

So, the question?! Who next for Alien: Awakening Soundtrack

Complimenting Kurzel's ambient style is the Soundtrack grand-master Bear McCreary know for his absolutely masterpiece works for the re-booted Battlestar Galactica series. Also, for The Walking Dead and Black Sails.

He is known for his meticulously crafted, layered and percussion-heavy rhythms.

Imagine the Prometheus intro at the Isle of Skye with Bear McCeary's celtic tones and instruments playing something anthemic and proud. Or the plains of Paradise with his tribal eastern Steel Drum percussions!!

Who else do you guys think could top Kurzel's efforts?!

I'd like to see Trent Reznor/Atticus Ross given the chance to make the OST for Alien:Awakening.

They would be great at composing dark futuristic music and sounds and are already Oscar winners for soundtrack work.

Trent Reznor's Nine Inch Nails music has been incredible also.
