MemberFacehuggerJun-13-2017 10:10 AMWonder if the estate of H.R. Giger will sue over this?

MemberNeomorphJun-13-2017 10:23 AMdepends on circumstances. if the creator took inspiration from past giger work then they have no case but if he has used his work without permission then yes.

MemberChestbursterJun-13-2017 10:35 AMThe style slightly different as are the colors. Don't know how Giger's death (RIP Rudi) plays into copyrights etc.
As for the artist behind it (Filip Acovic) he could be a "worthy successor" beside Gutalin.
Eine Theorie die nicht auf Etwas solidem basiert ist für gewöhnlich nur Geschwätz.

StaffNeomorphJun-13-2017 10:47 AMThe developers did say the game was inspired by H.R. Giger, Zdislaw Beksinski and other artists but they tried to make it their own style, experience.

MemberFacehuggerJun-13-2017 11:07 AMDamn this looks so good, I hope there is really a game from it.
This is totally what I want to see for a Alien prequel

MemberChestbursterJun-13-2017 11:55 AMYah, been following this games' development for quite awhile. Every weapon is "grown" and is a living thing. Very sick and slick. It looks beautiful, but I'm not sure how the actual gameplay is going to work out...
