Another Juggernaut Mystery in Alien Covenant

As you know, the deleted Juggernaut scene shows two alien ships in the plaza hangar:

But the arrival scene in the movie reveals that the city plaza hangar is empty during David's attack:

They forgot about the ships or it is a new mystery to solve...

lance - Totally true! :) I didn't want to mention that explanation because some members had already provided the obvious reason of the deletion in question. :)
