For all your trigger happy folk out there.

In your opinion what is the most epic Xenomorph kill in the franchise...

1. the original airlock kill (Ripley). The scene that nearly started its own genre.

2. For close encounters.. (Hicks) a heroic and nail-biting scene that culminated in this epic xeno coup de grâce...too bad about Drake

3. The one-liner with the biggest punch line in the franchise (Ripley)

4. The Heavy Metal death (Morse) not really many to pick from in Alien 3, but they knocked it off the perch in style.

5. Snakes and ladders (Johner) where we all thought Christie would finally cut sick with his duel-wield pistols.....Johner did up instead.

6. Flaming Fifield (Vickers) The closest thing we got to a xeno kill in Prometheus. In the deleted scene Fifield was looking decidedly xeno i guess...

7. The Nu-Queen (Daniels)? hopefully won't suffer the same demise as Shaw....

Nice topic indeed.

1 and 4 are my favorites. And I would add to your list one more:

"He survived, he’s now in Disneyland in Orlando, and no way am I going back there. How did he end up in Disneyland? I saw him in Disneyland, Jesus Christ!"

Something a xenomorph learns while in primary school: airlocks are bad for health! #1 for me.

Alien 3 molten lead- I think the sucked out into space deaths are more than done to death.

I thought this was about the Xeno killing humans

both of mine are from the second movie.  Firstly, the one that gets crushed under the APC and secondly the one that gets shot by Ripley (as she protects Newt & gets a bit thrown back by the gun's backlash herself) during the attack in the Medlab.  And in fact, shortly after this, Vasquez holding her ground with grenades was rather cool too

If we can add a Neomorph kill, then I would vote for Walter's 5-Finger Death Punch in the wheat field!

The ugly abomination Alien baby in Alien Res sucked out the hole is my favorite because I LOVED seeing that thing go away and suffer in the process. What a stupid piece of work.

I think the best kill is the first Alien. It really show how difficult to get rid of the xenomorph is. How it get harpooned, and yet after that comes back to finally get repelled by the Narcissus' thrusters. So resilient you have to ask yourself: "is it even dead?" I really hate to see dismembered xemomorphs, getting crunched like cockroaches. That is not my idea of a "perfect organism".

The Alien in Covenant got fried by thrusters and shot at before finally being crunched and even then was still trying to kill Daniels before it's demise. Tough son of a bitch if I say so myself. Tougher than the Xenomorphs in Aliens at least cuz they just had to be shot.

The Runner in Alien 3 was another good one. It never really got to show how physically resilient it was, but it proved an elusive, cunning, and aware hunter. Coupled with its speed and agility, it was damn hard to kill.

IRaptus Alien 3 Xenomorph was tough af to nail down. It was like it knew what they were trying to do. Even then, after having hot metal poured on him he was still rearing to go.
