Site been offline for few days??

Yeah, David dropped some Black Goo on our server and the Engineers got fried... LOL

In actuality though we did experience some server issues and I was online with our support team for the better portion of 12 hours working to resolve the issues. Took us a while but we finally broke through and have since stabilized everything. Site should run smoothly now. Sometimes though, outages like that do occur for a number of different reasons.

No problem guys! Thank you all for your patience. We've experienced outages throughout our lifetime as a network but yesterday was one of the more puzzling ones for sure. Likely won't be the last issue we encounter, but with every new problem we learn a little more. Happy to have things back up and running! And just in time for the unveiling of our Animated Series episode 2, which will be online very soon ;)

I messaged SciFied on their facebook page and they said they were under a DDoS attack >_< . Glad they recovered and I can't help wishing a minor catastrophe on the person or persons responsible.

After VivisectedEngineer mentioned the Sciefied FB post, I read a bit about those attacks. Sounds like spam on steroids.

dk Do you see people from the UK? Where is bigdave? Maybe some servers are still down. You should create a thread asking people where there are based so we'll find out who is not with us.

joylitt Good idea.Will do. Although it would fall on deaf ears for those whom have no connesctions. I will give it a shot. Assistance would be appreciated since this sort of a member driven effort.

For now Australia and the US are giving signs of activity.

Yeah, Chris, thank you very much for your service to our franchise. It's very much appreciated even by myself the ac negative Nancy. My bank card network took the night off so I chased around the hwy in the rain to no avail. Sometimes digitally/internetly it's just not your day. 

Phew! I almost got a bit of abstinence symptom (sweating, puking or what the F). ;)
