The Alphas - A story to fix the Alien Franchise - Those above the Engineers (Theory) Part One

@Thoughts_Dreams - I like the idea of an Alpha race above the Engineers.  The Engineers of Plant 4 do appear to me to be a worshiping-class, so who do they worship?  Why were they cheering the arrival of a Juggernaught?  An Alpha, or 'superior' race, seems be the most logical reason?  As always, I am ready for more movies to expound upon the Engineers & their lore!

The Elders in the white ship serve a higher power. i choose to believe that. That higher powe has been around since the dawn of time. It has a worker / creation and it is the Bird Faved creatures from the mural in Prometheus. The one in a submissive position. Now this creature had a hand in creating the first egg. Also the same blood runs through the veins of this creature as the higher power. This is the pure untouched Black Pathogen.

In A:OotS they already introduced another old race, said to be "gone" but not extinct. Equally, if not even more advanced than the Engineers. 

From the look of it (later novels) they manipulate other unaware (lesser) races to do their bidding while staying in the shadows. Wich makes them a mysterious, unseen and lurking threat.

I'd love to see them involved in future movies.

Yeah I like the idea.  I Just want them to be in the cosmic horror vein. Shoggoths versus the Old ones.

Something like Iain Banks Iln machine. Something all powerful, uncaring and horrific.

This was my video!  I never thought anyone would even watch it, and now its on these forums!  Just awesome!  That said, I do wish I could change some small things in the video.  I really just made it in response to all the negative stuff I was hearing in the comments that people didn't like about the prequels, so I did this to see if I could do a story that fixed a list of their (not mine) issues.  I would change the part where engineers were made after the Alpha found Humans and used their DNA.  I didn't want to retcon anything, and that did unfortunately since they do state that the engineer DNA predated ours.  Otherwise, it was a fun story to do in the short time I put it together, and would love to hear any input, or your ideas on making space jockey lore work with engineer lore, other than, they are the same thing. (not that I have a big issue with that)  That said, I like the prequels, I enjoy anything Alien for that matter.
