Is this Engineer technology visible from above the Temple on Paradise?

I noticed a blue lighting in the shadow portions of the structures that is very similar to the tone of Engineer technology (electric blue).
The same blue color is lighting up the shadow portions of the structures surrounding the temple on Paradise below.

Everything in the Engineer's interior of the juggernaut was covered with something that worked together to collect information to store as holographic playback (and whatever else it can do).
If the planet is Paradise and the Engineer home world, then it makes sense that similar technology would be present on both LV-223 and Paradise.
