MemberFacehuggerMay-01-2017 6:06 PMBy 3 and Resurrection, the alien design was less and less biomechanoid and more and more a fleshy grotesquery.
In the original film, you can run from the alien but you can't hide. But increasingly in the latter films, you could hide but you couldn't run. For me, the former is a more powerful inducement of fear.
