MemberPraetorianMay-21-2017 2:29 AMJust what exactly were these beasts!?!It's made clear how they came into being of course,but how do they relate to the xenomorph?Did they bleed acid?By far the most suprising scene with the neomorph was between David and the neomorph where he states that it was starting to trust him!How could that be?Was it just indifferent towards him because he was an android?

MemberFacehuggerMay-21-2017 7:08 AMIt wasn't fully explained, but Div'Ed said something about blowing/breathing on it and that you had to get real close to it. Obviously he thought he had a connection with it but we never got to find out if it was tame or if it would have ripped Div'Ed's Ed off because Oram shot it.
I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched Androids blow and finger each other's flutes.

Later on in the film, it is revealed that David tampered with these microscopic "motes" using reproductive eggs from Shaw, and evolved these egg sacks and spores into the Ovomorph and Facehuggers that we see in the film
