A couple of theories of what happened to Shaw - Spoilers

This is just a video I happed upon and I think that first theory is really a nice way to make Shaw actually seems to matter. David did not just fly off the handle and rip her up, but he did what he could to keep her alive and further his creations, but after so long and for a couple different (messed up, sentimental, etc.) reasons David uses her to work on his perfect orgnaism and ending of the human race.

MemberOvomorphMay-23-2017 6:43 PMi think David realized Shaw was the only human to experiment on. what isn't clear i think is when he came to this conclusion. He loved Shaw, as much as he could and he felt bad for having to do what he did, but it was necessary to complete his work.
