'It's time to look at the new alien on the block, the Neomorph! I really enjoyed the Neo's, they were very aggressive, and fun to watch on screen. Let's take a closer look at the Neomorph, when compared to the Xenomorph alien from the Alien movie franchise!'

MemberChestbursterOct-16-2017 4:46 PMThe backburst was a thing of beauty! Very horrific and brutal. Karine being ravaged to death by the Bloodburster was a little hard to watch imo.

MemberDeaconOct-17-2017 5:13 AMI found the Neomorph a interesting concept, and no doubt dropping or leaving thousands of those Spores are a much more effective Weapon than the Xenomorph Eggs. As far as the potential for infection, especially to the unknowing .
Once a Neomorph infection is discovered then Safeguards like a Space Suit would Totally Nullify to a large degree the chance of infection.
Something a Face Hugger can over come...
As far as how it all connects to the Xenomorph and Deacon, i think this is just a case of those behind the whole ideas, giving no Coherent thought to much of the previous clues and LORE.

MemberTrilobiteOct-18-2017 8:22 PMIngeniero I wish the CGI of the neomorph was better. Otherwise it was a pretty cool looking creature.

MemberFacehuggerOct-20-2017 12:03 PMI want to know where it expells it's waste. Clear from the baby pics that there is no normally located anus/low point drain. I also think these views may have been a missed opportunity for the Neo, at a minimum. Seeing either "sexual"-like genitalia would have sparked a lot of new brain twisters, at least for me. Especially considering the Neo lifecycle is a blank canvas post morph-birth.

MemberFacehuggerOct-21-2017 1:54 PMJust to add.. it's fine if they are just birthed, and that's it. But that would not permt evolutionary progression.

MemberNeomorphOct-22-2017 7:08 AMThat monster was interesting and new. I like how it was so small fast and deadly and very effective. Unfortunately it made the Xenomorph look a bit lame but I still think that the Xeno is an interesting monster.
I like how they did that scene when it smashed out of the back.
Maybe the spores are more effective than the eggs because they are smaller so you can't see them.

MemberPraetorianOct-22-2017 6:12 PMI know dk. That part looks a little like 1998 CGI. I thought the neomorph looked better when David tried to blow on the non-nose while giving his speech to Captain Oram.
