Wren- Days. Less, maybe. We'll need the cargo.
(On a side note: I wish the breathe password was in the script)
(Perez has a little proudness in him as he looks onto the Queen Xenomorph. After all, he's in charge of this ship along with her, the Queen Xenomorph herself. Perez, after watching the Queen for a few seconds, starts to speak out of awe and, especially, fear.)
How soon before she's producing?
ninXeno426 hahah that work's too!
My reference was to him was more directed to his involvement in Alien: Out of the Shadows novel.
in the book Ash apparently managed to upload his AI into the Narcissus shuttle's OS before they killed his body, then onto the Marion Mining ship.
He basically trolled Ripley and co. the whole book lol
Perez- Bottom line is, she looks at me funny and I put her down. As far as I'm concerned, number eight is a meat byproduct. This girl here is the money.

(Perez notices Gediman grinning and that just pisses him off even more.)
Perez - And I'm supposed to take comfort in that?
(Perez angirly punches the code and uses the hand scanner to open the second observation room with Gediman and Wren following close behind in entering.)
Gediman- Comes down to a fight, I'm not sure whose side she'd be on.
Gedimam-We won't tell her
So we're crew expandable?
After VivisectedEngineer mentioned the Sciefied FB post, I read a bit about those attacks. Sounds like spam on steroids.
Lol Thought it just may have been my phone, then I got messages about my account being deleted???Then I realized the site was just down.
Wren- It won't happen.
OOooh! Thanks for the reminder, that's still very much on my to do list!
Ati, I don't agree at all that this is the same form of the pathogen that we saw infect Holloway or Fifield, but I completely agree that this is the same form that wiped out the Engineers of LV-223 and the revived head that exploded. It was, after all, what they were supposed to be taking to Earth.
Here is another nice head pop from Covenant.

VivisectedEngineer read Alien: Out of the Shadows to truly get my reference/joke ;-)
Lawrence of Arabia is that a nude boudoir picture of Dallas on the left of that image XD
LOL!
Well, now I feel even less bad about his demise. Though, Ripley shouldn't have disconnected him before letting Parker incinerate him.
Ash: There is an explanation for this, you know.

found the culprit. someone let Ash in to the server room ;-)

(now that Ash has been purged from the Scified Server, we're back, so.....BUMP)
PEREZ - Ellen Ripley died trying to wipe this species out of existence and for all intents and purposes succeeded, Im not anxious to see her picking up her old hobbies.
Thanks Chris! You're a legend!
Looking forward to it and yeah, I just can't stand people who do that, I had to say something
Prediction - David does in fact end up being the Space Jockey in Alien. He sacrifices himself to create the 'perfect organism' - part android... by humans outsmarting and killing the xeno, the end of AC showed us that a note is off in his symphony, and he must rectify that... we'll see the thing burst out of his chest, but instead of the infant-like creature we saw come out of Oram (with human traits)... the android DNA will make it cold, merciless and very Alien (rather like the already altered larval form that Kane birthed)... David will be shocked by this 'lack of emotion' within the creature, ultimately having to face the mirror image of what he actually is (and what his offspring emote)... and perhaps, like the myth of Prometheus, his immortality will be his downfall... eternally at the mercy of the cargo in his ship... an incubator and birthing machine for an endless alien hoard (akin to having his liver ripped out every day by the vulture)...
~The end will be an irony, and in his most 'human moment', he will send out the warning not to engage the craft... finally understanding the true meaning behind Ozymandias (something he wickedly misinterpreted in AC) - "Look upon my works, ye mighty, and despair" is not a testament to power within the poem, but in fact, one of pity within the downfall of hubris.
Thanks. Those are incredible. I have no way to capture freeze frames in HD, so I had no idea there was that much detail. Based on those last four images the special effects people must have been patterning the swarm and attack on a bee swarm attack.

Thanks for letting us know. Episode 2 is finished, we're just polishing it up and will be uploading very soon. Copycats are inevitable and re-uploads are expected.
The only time it will become an issue is if the other uploaders try to monetize the video. We purposely do not make any profit off of these episodes for a number of reasons, but one big one is to avoid scrutiny by Fox. We can't claim any "ownership" of the source material, but the animator Jason can. He will become aware of this and we will see what we can do. Appreciate the support as always!
Look for episode 2 very very soon!
The times listed on that graphic do not really correspond to what we see in the movie, so take those with a grain of salt. Fifield was infected during the night and attacked the Prometheus later the next day. That time span could have been anywhere from 8-24 hours, but the effects go up to 37-50 hours on the chart.
The time from Holloway's infection to being burnt to a crisp was sometime in the 8-10 hour period but his effects are shown at 37-50 hours too. Shaw tells David that she had intercourse with Holloway "10 hours ago" in Prometheus, so it was more like 8.
Neither were alive that long after infection, but I suppose we could say those were simply David's guesses at the next stage of effects.

Somebody stole and reuploaded episode one as their own, when confronted the owner of the account said they changed the music, I tried reporting it but it did nothing, idk if you guys can do anything about it since he did steal your work, here's the link:
I messaged SciFied on their facebook page and they said they were under a DDoS attack >_< . Glad they recovered and I can't help wishing a minor catastrophe on the person or persons responsible.
No problem guys! Thank you all for your patience. We've experienced outages throughout our lifetime as a network but yesterday was one of the more puzzling ones for sure. Likely won't be the last issue we encounter, but with every new problem we learn a little more. Happy to have things back up and running! And just in time for the unveiling of our Animated Series episode 2, which will be online very soon ;)
This is spot on the money. I've been saying this in various forms for weeks now. The Deacon is basically just a Neomorph when you break it down this way (if you watch Prometheus in HD, you see that it is "blue" because of the lighting reflecting off of the blood on its flesh; it's actually a grayish color). Alien: Covenant shows us why different parts of the Engineers were blown out: the Neomorphs can bust out of different cavities (back, throat, head). I'd like to think that the crew arrives finding the aftermath of a Neomorph/Deacon (same thing) outbreak in Prometheus.
Side note, if you look at David's illustrations in Covenant's Blu-ray extras, you find two different variants of the creature: the "bumpy head" which looks like the Covenant Neomorphs, and the smooth head (or something) and it looks very much like the Deacon
Thanks for getting it back up and running.
Thank you Ati for that. So evil...slimy, snarling evil.
Yes IRaptus and airshaft_surprise, I can agree on the similarity of the Protomorph to the runner but I still am on the side of the Assembly Cut...the creature spawned from Babe in the novelization.

I guess we made out both ways with two fine variations of the xenomorph in two different cuts of Alien 3.

I know AdamPD...I still get giddy when thinking of the discovery aspect of it when the patterns on the ground are recognized by the ship and displayed on the window.
Thank you Chris for your time and money spent on the issue.
We owe quite a bit of gratitude from our enjoyment due to your team's investment in this site.
Lawrence of Arabia, yes, very firm but I like a little more around the tail (my opinion).
Overall, I thought the CGI was great in Alien: Covenant.

Especially the temple courtyard complex architecture, the Dr. Shaw hologram, the juggernaut garage, the Covenant ship, organisms, and the David 8 attack sequence on those below on Paradise. Did I leave something out?

As far as the creatures, I thought the Protomorph looked the best with the baby Neomorph trapped in the medical bay at the other end. I'm not too picky about this Neomorph sequence because parts of it were perfect (turning its head when the shot is fired into the ceiling). I thought that looked great.
When the Neomorph was kicked into the wall...it looked good enough to me.
I do understand the negative opinions/refined taste above.
I'm sure we have all seen Avatar and were spoiled with amazing graphics combined with a shallow story as to not distract us too much from the amazing graphics.
Chris That's funny XD
I'm sorry to hear about the server issues and is thankful for you guys and all your hard work. Thank you. Just glad to be back :)
Great catch Kethol. I was mashing my face in the images for too long and lost concentration. Thank you for the needed correction.
Really nice capture with the black goo on the mask.

I like how the graphic below details "confusion/shock" for up to an hour.

David 8 most certainly used a different mutagen/delivery system on the arrogant humanoids on Paradise.

Those below didn't have time to be confused and if they were it wasn't for a minute to an hour.
