Big Chap Xenomorph Ore / Asteroid

Dane Hallett worked on the concept for the recovered Big Chap Xenomorph in Alien: Romulus. The damaged Xenomorph was trapped in ore floating through space when Weyland-Yutani recovered it for research on the Renaissance Station.

Dane revealed that to get the shape just right, he boiled a NECA Xenomorph figure in a pot of water until it was jelly like and then smothered it in Monster clay.
