Mutant guy killed???

Just looking at some pics onb 'Alien Preuel News' and trying to work out the timeline on the crew that appear to be altering some how. I'm thinking that the guy that appears to be walking behind the two crew members or mercaneries shooting may have been infected by something during the discovery on Earth? Perhaps he then by way of his infection know the coordinates to the Engineers home planet?? If you look at the timeline of these pics I belive the crew member / mohawk guy has his helmet melted and is then brough back to the Prometheus. Thinking he is dead they leave him, but in reality he has been infected with a safety mechanism of the Engineers and is slowly transorming. He awakens and starts to attack the crew which lead to the scene where the two men are shooting, followed by someone running with a flame thrower. You can see the wheelchair guy with his back to us. I think that the baby that Repace has is the Engineer who's intention is to travel to Earth to help save his dying race. The Elder Engineer being more human knows of this plan and this is where the crew are battling to save Earth.
