I was curious to see what all you guys think we will find in the ampules. As the trailer says "came to find are beginnings". The only thing that I feel fits is somthing along the lines of an evolution booster. Like how we got from apes to what we are now. that also fits with the Greek prometheus definition. I was hoping anyone could come up with anything else.

i think there is the metal/mechanic skeleton of some creatures ..that still need the Bio part to come alive ... :p

Here is how I see the Ampules. They contain the “bio-source code” to 'Terraforming', a technology at the origin of all Gods’ power, that could make humans equal to the gods. And this whole thing is going to be about how Angry the Engineers are that we steal some of them !!!

Has anybody explored the possibility that within the capsule is the DNA of the engineers? Is that a stretch to consider that one of the team members get infected with the engineers DNA and the other with xenomorph's DNA?

@AnubisChe: I like your point of DNA of the space jockey. What if the room with the capsules and the gigantic face is like some kind of Noah's Ark (I don't know if I have written this well. Again, sorry about my english) with all DNA the engineers have discovered in his travels? What would happen when humans get their hands on them? Mmm... I can't wait until this movie is released!!!
