MemberOvomorph12/29/2011with heavy prosthetics can be everyone ... can be another actor heavily mutated so there is no more need to use him ( maybe because not tall enough ) ..they will surely not rely on him for deep acting ...i mean if is that actor or another what change ? are just bodies for makeups .

And this is the third or fourth actor to play an engineer.

Ian Whyte (didn't he play Predators in AVP and AVPR) and Phil Martin, thats fresh news to me.
Edit - Seems Ian Whyte may be playing an engineer.

My Guess:
[b]Martin and Whyte[/b] will be in large animatronic suits playing the SJ's/engineers. The suits open, then [b]Shaw and Rook[/b] pop out and play the SJ's in their fleshy form.

MemberOvomorph12/29/2011I did read somewhere they are going to use the same effects as the LOTR movies with the hobbits, but in reverse, to make the SJ look bigger.
And Snorkle, the original post was about Ian Whyte playing an engineer and yes he did do work on AVP.

MemberOvomorph12/29/2011Well this clears up what we thought we knew on this site that is the jockeys are large humanoids and the jockey on the derelict is in a suit. Good work we're getting there.
