MemberOvomorph01/24/2012wondering about the specific mode in the way
the alien killed Brett / Parker / Lambert (possibly?)
Brett got his brains bashed in by the alien's inner mouth / jaws
as did Parker, and i can only imagine what happened to Lambert
so i was wondering, when the alien killed both Brett and Parker,
he punched right through their skulls, and bit deep into both of
their brains....so i am wondering if that was simply the easiest
way to kill them both, or did the alien somehow need to feed
on a certain area of the human brain, (ie; pituitary gland, etc..)
just pondering the specifics of the attacks on the Nostromo crew is all

MemberOvomorph01/25/2012It's curious that the Alien only skull-fucks the lowly techs in the crew. Dallas & Kane, the executive officers, a higher class humans, become the host (as per ALIEN deleted cocoon scene), and Brett (and likely Parker too), the working class, become the eggs. I don't want to imagine what the Xeno did to Lambert, but here it is: direct impregnation. Space Sadist.

Mentos
MemberOvomorph01/25/2012Lambert's death was pretty spectacular. He voice/screams over the intercom make for one of my favourite scenes in the film.

MemberOvomorph01/25/2012@ Mentos Yes Veronica was stunning in that film she looked absolutly shit scared from the moment the thing was born i think Mr Scott had somthing to do with that when he squirted all that blood and stuff at her just look at her reaction

MemberOvomorph01/25/2012@ Shardy in the aliens book by Alan Dean Foster the alien has a sting in its tail to parrelize its victim in order for it to cocoon them for a facehugger I think although im not sure that Ridley had this idea aswell therfore it may have stung Lambert and come back for her latter Parker would have become the egg like brett.
I dont think it saw Parker or Brett as grunts that was just coincedence

MemberTrilobite01/25/2012There is an Alien discussions section of the forum for, well you can figure it out...

MemberOvomorph01/25/2012interesting theories here
it just occurred to me when i watched ALIEN a few weeks ago,
that the kill method for 2 of the 4 Nostromo crew seemed pretty
specific in regards to the direct assaults to their skulls
in regards to Lambert, there was definite a suggestion of something
more lewd about her demise, the tail slowly rising up behind her,
and her rapid screams we heard on the intercom
guess we'll never really know all
@GreatBootsUp: folks talk about ALIEN and it's shitty "sequels"
ALL OVER these forums. do you not pay attention. as Ripley
said in ALIEN - - - "Why don't you just FUCK OFF"

Spartacus
MemberOvomorph01/25/2012but we do know
in the commentary both her and Scott say
"From the background effects we can difinitvely deduce that there's a lot more going on there then people thought originaly"
and he is referring to an act of sexual assualt and Cartwright says...
"Look at him, he is CLEARLY checking me out" {in that way she means}.

MemberOvomorph01/25/2012i saw that clip Spartacus. so there is definitely more to Lambert's
death then what was shown. at least in theory anyway. we'll never really know
the one thing that really surprised me,
was to find out that Sigourney Weaver thought of the ALIEN creature
design as sexy and elegant. it just never occurred to me that she would
understand the strange beauty in Giger's design. i was glad to know she
thinks outside of the box in that regard

MemberOvomorph01/25/2012Wasn't Brett the one being morphed into the egg in a deleted scene? Lambert was the only one we didn't see get killed and we know he was still alive near the end (in the deleted scene) So maybe the Xeno just kills all but one, using it kills as food or for egg morphing (could more than one corpse be used for egg morphing?) and keeps one alive for the facehugger from morphed egg. On the other hand, the Xeno could be mashing heads because its after the pineal gland, personally i'd never touch or inhale a pineal gland.

MemberOvomorph01/25/2012@Engineer Prototype - Model GAJ84
i think Brett's looking like an egg was a design choice,
but not really intended to become an actual egg. just my suspicion
the lacing on the arms of Brett's Nostromo jacket lend themselves
to look the the outer arm closures of the facehugger egg,
but i think that was coincidence
after watching ALIEN so m any times, and fixating on Giger's paintings,
the eggs in the egg chamber resemble uncircumcised penises, only with a
crisscross urethral orifice rather than one linear slit like a human penis
perhaps Giger's take on certain types uncut ones?
and, the Nostromo crew investigated the derelict ship at dawn,
so the egg "ejaculating" onto Cain's face was like an early morning load
which in human males, is the time they are most potent
(another Ridley Scott / Giger psychosexual twist?)

MemberOvomorph01/26/2012The move that the Xenomorph does to Lambert at the end of Alien is actually in the new AvP game for consoles. The Alien's tail pushes up naval of the victim, through their torso and up out their mouth.
You can tell this is what happens to Lambert by the way the tail goes up between her legs... very gruesome way to die

MemberOvomorph01/26/2012i don't recognize the words "Xenomorph"
or ANY of the "AvP" nonsense, thanks for the input though
