I noticed this as well, I thought it was funny. But highly doubt a connection to Ridley Scott's Prometheus. But who's to say Scott wasn't influenced at all by this documentary.

I kept thinking excatly that with each episode I have been watching, especailly episode 5 from season 1, wow, did I ever love that one...I have the whole 1st and 2nd seasons to date and love every minute of it. I keep thnking Scott must have enriched so many of his own ideas by watching this thing.

'The Alien Saga' is pretty good...if you've seen the documentaries that came with the Alien Quadrilogy, you're not getting too much new information, but as always, it has its own perspective and I loved that it was narrated by John Hurt....that immersed you in the viewing as a fan....definitely worth a viewing.

@Spartacus, Too much of a coincidence to be overlooked... anyway it really iterested me on why a production company would call itself Prometheus Entertainment. So I reread some things about Prometheus, the Titan. Maybe I am not reading the forums enough or something, but there is a simple issue I have not read about, until now. Their is so much emphasis on Prometheus stealing fire, but not only did he steal fire, but, he was also the creator of man. Just thought that was interesting. And in my venture I found this video on the illustrator for Prometheus. @Spartacus, a really interesting connection... As Prometheus Entertainment started in 1999 with Hollywood/famous biographies, there does not seem any immediate connection to Ancient Aliens/the Prometheus myth - so only coincidence apparently... The first 2009 production / pilot(?) was totally explicit in it's debt to Erich von Daniken: "Ancient Aliens: Chariots, Gods and Beyond". It has been commented on elsewhere the possible danikean themes in Prometheus (along with all the other influences: Kubrick's 2001, HP Lovecraft, etc). Bottom line: enjoying watching Ancient Aliens - thanks for the info.

Thanks !!! @"Evybody" Else, I am sure alot of the ideas in the series are going to be explored in the Film "Prometheus", there's just far too much going on in the series that relates too closely to what we have seen and what we know so far. I also wanna say that the author of "Chariots" Mr "KVD" as I call him, is an AWSOME THINKER...and I love the liebralness of the thinking of all tose involved int eh making of the Ancient Aliens Series, for me it;'s a MUST SEE for any Alien Franchise fan!!!
