Warhammer 40k Tyranids

Some of you may be aware that the Warhammer 40k universe 'borrows' ideas from many sci-fi movie franchises, but the biggest 'borrow' is with the race called the Tyranids. These hulking bio-engineered monsters evolve through genestealing and have more than a passing resemblance to xenomorphs. Thought I'd include some images for you to see, maybe we'll see something like these in Prometheus? Let me know what you think...
