From how the Mum and Dad met hey......... Human (Mum), Space Jockey (Dad)....???? I have always had an idea that the Space Jockey's breeding cycle is going to be 'f*cked up' as far as we comprehend it. So I think this film will really tell us how interspecies relationships are "wrong, so wrong" lol.

Thats the strangest interview excerpt I've ever read! I think he almost spilled more specific details and caught himself at the last second. I agree, the "mum and dad" bit is interesting. @BellaisanAlien - nice tie in with the "so wrong" piece!

I honestly don't believe a word from any of the actors mouths at the minute. Ok I concede that the creation of the xeno is in this movie somehow but I think Ridley has briefed each actor to be as deliberately misleading as possible. Regarding a jockey /human mating type scenario, well possibly. A part of me would love to see it because it would be incredibly macabe. The xeno had very sexual elements to it so I suppose I could buy that it is some kind of weird by product from an aggressive cross species sexual encounter.

my take from what we saw is : halloway get infectd ( there is a image of he in pain ) he make love with his girlfriend ( shaw ) ( there is an image of the two in bed ) he slowly mutate into a jockey ( guy near the chair ) ( there is some resemblance ) shaw have ...something ... ( noomi belly swollen ) ( blood scene ) im quite sure there is not any kind of "interracial" sex because is really not in Scott style . I think that the born of the Facehugger ( because more or less Scott said that is the Facehugger the product of the movie ) is not related to that events ...i think that in this case the mom is the mechanical part ..and the father is the bio part . ( and David fit well in both )

There is the suggestion of rape in Alien (Lambert's off camera screams) which has been discussed on various forums. I think Ridley might go whole hog and give us interspecies sex.

Enough with this Lambert gets raped crap.........Oh and by the way....there never was a rape scene in 'Alien'....for your information, that shot of the tail going through "her" legs was actually a shot from the scene in which Brett dies. The editor and Scott inserted in Lambert's death scene for effect and what the tail actually does can be seen here in 'Heavy Metal's Illustrated Alien' comic from 79'........
