It does lend some thought to the idea of what we call the SJ could simply be a menial care taker, who watches over it's masters belongings when they're not home.

Nice work.
Makes me want to try and make a 3D model of a Space Jockey on Metasequoia (to, er, put to use on MMD). Shame I won't be able to rig it, assuming I even manage to make the model.
