Alien Prop

You could try and get the Blue Peter team to make one out of washing up bottles,coat hangers and (of course) sticky back plastic!!!! LOL I'd better explain for our overseas forumeers!!! Blue Peter is a kids TV show that has a 'make at home' feature,where,for example, you can make a cheap version of an i-Pad out of two sheets of cardboard and some clear plastic sheets and black/white poster paint!!!!

WO, I wouldn't even remotely spend that kind of money. That prop wasn't taken care of in any way. The side mouth appendages are split and broken, there is swirling indents on the left side of the skull, the front lip is torn and pulled up into the face, the left side is scratched like it was laid on its side, the splits where the net was are starting to fray out, and there are slight dents along the split lines. I would maybe give $1,000 for it. Rick

Nice but not worth the cash being asked if it's in bad condition. Talking about props, does anyone know where I might be able to get hold of some decent Alien/Predator memorabilia? (I live in England by the way) I have tried on ebay several times but i keep getting outbid at the last second. I'm after posters, toys/models, books/comics, anything like that really as long as its in good condition.

I think you're being generous with $1000 Rick, if that was my prop it would have been in a glass case the whole time and would have stayed in perfect nick after filing wrapped. I'd say about tree fitty :-P

@Cypher, many thanks for the links. I'm moving in a while and want to decorate one of the rooms in my new place with as much Aliens/Predator/Star Wars etc stuff as possible.

There used to be this six foot tall Alien poster (right after ALIENS came out) of a zeno breaking through a white painted wooden door with some greenish smoke in the background. I had it on my bathroom door for a few years in college and got lots of laughs startling people with it.
