WTF?
This the viral advertising they said was coming?
Very interesting indeed.
Who is Luke Scott?, Ridley's son?

Outstanding find! Thank you so much! Finally, some more footage from Prometheus! Kudos to you!

Check also the site (revealed at the end) weylandindustries.com
It didn't have lots of going on atm though. Checked the privacy policy & terms and conditions: Only Fox stuff, no story fluff.
Me not happy yet :(
"The Investors" are promising more to come though ;)

I don't think this is a scene from the movie, it didn't have the right feel and if you check, it was directed by a Luke Scott.I think it is a viral video.

Awesome. =D
I hope this is the first small piece of viral advertising for Prometheus. A viral ARG would be nice just to keep us subsisted.

Sir Peter Weyland was born in Mumbai, India at the turn of the Millennium. The progeny of two brilliant parents; His mother, an Oxford Educated Professor of Comparative Mythology, his father, a self-taught software Engineer, it was clear from an early age that Sir Peter’s capabilities would only be eclipsed by his ambition to realize them. By the age of fourteen, he had already registered a dozen patents in a wide range of fields from biotech to robotics, but it would be his dynamic break-throughs in generating synthetic atmosphere above the polar ice cap that gained him worldwide recognition and spawned an empire.
In less than a decade, Weyland Corporation became a worldwide leader in emerging technologies and launched the first privatized industrial mission to leave the planet Earth. “There are other worlds than this one,” Sir Peter boldly declared, “And if there is no air to breathe, we will simply have to make it.”[/b]
Bye Bye Avp canon too!
Most excellent, nice one Ridley.

The Imdb.com page for Prometheus is still listing Guy Pearce's character as Stanninson.

Excellent, great find. What a nasty piece of work this Weyland character is. Comes across very arrogant indeed!

Haha, what "find" - just join Prometheus on Facebook, that´s where it came from :-D

@Theusprom: Thanks for the clarification.

At least there's a viral web site to go with the viral video. Clever using TED Talks for context of this video.

Here's a little bio about Peter Weyland from the TED Blog:

Haha, Visualizer has it correct, I didnt find this (and never claimed I did!)
You all should check the prometheus on FB, that's exactly where this came from.
@Theusprom:
Yea, it's not part of the movie. But it most certainly ties in with the story, and is "Canon"
