Don't know about the head, but Guy Pearce' slicked hairstyle looks a lot like
John Glen's Jack Crawford character in 'Silence of the Lambs'. There's also an
80's future corporate look to him too al la Max Headroom/Patrick Bateman which
I find to be a nice touch.

No, he is not. NOONE EVER THINKS ABOUT YUTANI!!!!!!!!! It's always, ''Wayland this,'' and ''Wayland that,''. Does noone care about Yutani?!?!?!?!?! Her only appearence was in avp2

@Xenokiller3 Maybe you're anal, but you're also right. Where is Mr. Yutani in all of this? Then again, maybe it was just Weyland in 2023 and Yutani comes along later? I say this because there is no hint of Yutani until Aliens, at least from what we've seen so far in the Prometheus footage at hand. Of course, I could also be wrong :)

Didn't anyone realize he sounds an awful lot like John Hurt from Alien? Almost like Kane was related to Weyland.

@darkgrafix - yes! I don't know Pearce's nationality, but he has put on a wonderful
gravelly British voice down to a bloody T - just like John Hurts hypnotic voice.
What a superb slice of rhetoric he gives there.

Guy is from Australia...
What is Scott is just keeping to Weyland and not doing the Yutani combo? Spaiths did say yesterday in a tweet they were keeping some parts of the canon and not using other parts because it has nothing to do with the story...

I think Yutani isn't mentioned all because they don't want to make any slight hints to AVP or AVP-R, because despite those movies' canonical contributions, what stands out more about them is the fact that they just sucked (though I've not had the chance to see AVP-R; I may see it if I'm extremely bored).
