Awesome thank you! Not too sure about the legitimacy with IMDB though, they have been wrong before. Never the less, I will keep an eye on this and ask around. Maybe Patrick Wilson will clarify over Twitter again if IMDB is correct or not!

so if that info on IMDB is correct,
we will see Shaw as a child as well...i don't think i'm having that. argh!
no flashbacks, no children. please...Ridley

They made atleast 3 changes. I knew Peter Weyland would be updated so I've been checking. I don't know why they can't get the names right.

I'm intrigued by the mention on imdb of a young shaw and the purpose of her younger character.

Kate Dickies' character's name has been changed from "Mudow" to "Ford". Does this mean her role in the film has changed also?
@red hood: "Aliens" successfully incorporated a child in the story, a la Newt, why not in Prometheus?

I have no idea but i like her in game of thrones my fav tv programme at the moment.

@GreatBoosUp, It wasn't me that said that. I don't have a issue with young shaw. Flashback or lets say beining of film. I say bring it.

Could be like contact some character back story as to how she became the adult she is in the film and what motivates her .

@CrazyDave55811: well, for one i can not STAND children,
even seeing them on film makes me want to either fast forward,
or change channels
that could possibly help to explain why i hate "Aliens" so damn much
and i am not a fan of the "flashback" in films,
sometimes it can work, but mostly i find it to be a weak way for a writer
or filmmaker to patch up holes in a story. again, it CAN be done right
only that is usually pretty rare
