AdminEngineerMar-02-2012 10:54 PMAwesome thank you! Not too sure about the legitimacy with IMDB though, they have been wrong before. Never the less, I will keep an eye on this and ask around. Maybe Patrick Wilson will clarify over Twitter again if IMDB is correct or not!

MemberOvomorphMar-02-2012 11:10 PMso if that info on IMDB is correct,

Why no flashbacks or children? Just curious.

MemberOvomorphMar-03-2012 7:29 AMThey made atleast 3 changes. I knew Peter Weyland would be updated so I've been checking. I don't know why they can't get the names right.

MemberOvomorphMar-03-2012 7:35 AMI'm intrigued by the mention on imdb of a young shaw and the purpose of her younger character.

MemberOvomorphMar-03-2012 7:42 AMKate Dickies' character's name has been changed from "Mudow" to "Ford". Does this mean her role in the film has changed also?
@red hood: "Aliens" successfully incorporated a child in the story, a la Newt, why not in Prometheus?

MemberOvomorphMar-03-2012 8:01 AM@GreatBoosUp, It wasn't me that said that. I don't have a issue with young shaw. Flashback or lets say beining of film. I say bring it.

MemberOvomorphMar-03-2012 8:05 AMCould be like contact some character back story as to how she became the adult she is in the film and what motivates her .

MemberOvomorphMar-03-2012 10:50 PM@CrazyDave55811: well, for one i can not STAND children,
even seeing them on film makes me want to either fast forward,
or change channels
that could possibly help to explain why i hate "Aliens" so damn much
and i am not a fan of the "flashback" in films,
sometimes it can work, but mostly i find it to be a weak way for a writer
or filmmaker to patch up holes in a story. again, it CAN be done right
only that is usually pretty rare
