Position of the Earth on Weyland and Yutani

Okay, when looking the position of the earth on Weyland, we see the Pacific and Japan as well as Australia. When looking at the picture that is posted on the Yutani page, the position of the Earth is the same, with the bright star. I am thinking here Japan is reflected for a reason and I am going to guess the news is all about Yutani joining Weyland, their "Family is Growing".... Just some thoughts!
