No idea how to! Lol. BUT, it looks like Shaw is in some scientific uniform and she's looking down at something in the bottom left of the screen. It looks egg like to me, ya know the part where the egg opens with those flaps. It looks like that. It's at 56 seconds in the trailer. . .

That's the jockey head. It is part of the same scene seen in the trailer I think. She has the same hospital scrubs on.

Oh right, just looked kinda egg like to me! Just a thought :) Also, hear the baby screams/crying??

The thing David pulls out of the urn looks kind of like a deflated facehugger egg to me. If you think of those four points on the top as being the four petals on the top of the egg, it looks close.
