Did it give away the plot?

All I saw was a Space Jockey...... What looked like a crew member with Alien legs.... I refuse to call them "Xenomorphs"....

I don't know if the trailer gave away too much plot, but it did give me an unexpected case of the crapping my pants! Holy mother of gods that trailer ruled!!!

I saw a space jockey, a tentacled being (inside the medic capsule with Shaw), as well as a humanoid with a Gigeresque style suit. No face huggers or xenomorphs

All the things that are depicted in the trailer sets up the story. We can figure out the first act well enough from the trailer. Scientists discover hieroglyphs and go on an expedition using a map to find their origin only to discover something (we don't know what exactly). Somehow, [an] Engineer(s) is/are involved and they intend to go to Earth while the crew of the Prometheus has to stop them.

yeah same idea..they are returning to earth to rule with a ship full of xeno eggs to rule...im guessing the jockeys control the xenos..and used them in the past to keep us their slaves

Really enjoyed the trailer although after reading a few of the so called leaked storylines it looks like 1 wasn't far wrong. Still can't wait for it and still think its going be a big big film.
