Noomi Rapace look like

I don't know, but, she is definitely easy on the eyes imo!

What made great ripley is that she was in surface a blue collar worker , very cold , but then facing the adversity she revealed her humanity , generousity , but still remaining very "strong" both in personality and in willing . Rapace is more a classical woman , more naive ( yes they are ) , more passionate and weak , but inside she have the classic woman fire .... she will fight back ... i like alot both of them

From the trailer I noticed Shaw running scared in nothing but undergarments in the room with the spacesuits, looks VERY similar to the final scenes of Alien where Ripley essentially does the same thing. Perhaps it's a another subtle nod to Alien. But definitely there are some striking resemblances between Shaw and Ripley. Maybe not in physical appearance, but certainly character development.

Ripley was being pursued as the primary target because she was the last survivor. I'm wondering if Shaw is being pursued because the "monster" feels she is his to do so. They do after all, share a little personal history together... I really like all the speculation, so long as it doesn't go too far off the deep end. I just can't help wondering though, how much we see just because it's what we want to see. I hope RS is using that against us, just to up the shock value.

lets hope to not have another "mommy why you do this to me ???" moment like Alien Resurrection :p

she changed the way she looked so all the sci-fi Geeks won`t start to chase her around were ever she hangs out around the town..... just for a picture with her

"Weyland Industries earns patent number 15,999,127 for Method and Apparatus for an ejectable luxury pod able to sustain one human life for up to 50 years." After reading this in the Weyland´s corporate timeline I suspect that "entombment" until "Prometheus 2" will be Shaw´s fate.

Cool. That must be the type of pod that Vickers is getting into. Curious. And, yeah, gotta say, not only is Rapace nice to look at, she also seems to be the emotional pendulum of the film. It shines through in just the few snips we've seen. She's going to be a big star now--no doubt.

I love her snarl at the end of the trailer - really living out some nasty experience in character there it seems.
