Space Jockey Concept Art?

If this has been discussed previously please excuse and lock, but I haven't seen anything discussing. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bZMSvAxjVLc so whatever happened to this cncept of the Space Jokey? Haven't seen anythin remotely similar in any of the trailers? I'm assuming that alas it as just concept art and was never a final depiction of the Xenomorph or Space Jockey race...of course that could just be a suit as well and the Big Blues are inside... also about the same time I emember seeing the concept art early on, I remember Ridley Scott comment about the creature having a prverted side that would be shocking to us...what I've seen so far seems to be more in line with the Alien chestburster even though it may be a C-section...I'm holding out hope for Ridley's cinema magic to create a scene of similar shocking greatness to the origina chestburster but totally original in that end...
