i have more, but i wanted to show part of my collection ive saved over the years. this would be embarrassing anywhere else but this site lol. i didn't really have any female friends growing up, and none of the girls i knew were interested in sci fi and horror movies. i also had dinosaur toys and ninja turtles instead of barbies and my little ponies... lol. anyone else have any cool alien stuff? i wanna see! A friend of mine won all the Kenner toys in a prize draw (Trident comics) I remember him having some trouble because some were out of stock. (I don't know if he 'did' finally got them all.) @Bella_ you could've painted your nails... tut tut

@Bio, i bought it for myself but it would make a cool Claddagh/engagement/wedding ring ha! i know it hurts when you hit someone with it, so thats useful ^_^ @ripley which queen? the crappy kenner one or the big display queen? i got the kenner one as a kid and i got the big one at an antique store for 20 bucks. i got the "wild boar" alien at an antique store too, that sure made me feel old.

lol craig. more then one story ^_^ i was bullied a lot. i was taught never to start a fight but not to tolerate anyone putting their hands on me. there may be 3-4 people with an alien head imprint on their face to this day, lol i wish. im sure the imprints went away after a few days though, hehehe. at least they learned just because someone is half your size and tries to avoid confrontation doesnt mean they wont tear into you like a bob cat when you push em too far.

Nice collection belladonna! You should be proud of it. I used to have some of the Kennedy toys growing up but have no idea where they are now. I do have some of the McFarland AVP figures. They are pritty cool in my opinion. Say what you will about the movies but the figurines are nice. I do wish I could buy some of the Alien busts and figures from sideshow collectables but they are a little to expensive. Really nice quality though.

sucks doesnt it craig, most people cant handle someone else being "different". @Bio LOL. i usually use black polish but i went with red this time, but obviously its almost all flaked off. i do have tattoos elsewhere and i have some piercings as well,the skull is on my arm instead of my nails :)

@ clone.... im so jealous of those autographs! @bio LOL @craig yep, and most of the people who were mean to me are losers now, so HA! @altered im in the basket!! lol. i LOVE the basket case movies, the first is my fave but the sequels are great in their own way. escpecially when belial gets his robot body. @PRO i rarely paint my nails. when i do i wait for the paint to fall off before i paint them again. im not very prissy :) and i wish i would have won that contest! i dont think i have ever won anything cool, besides from a little cash.

you nailed it yeah so funny bella lol even now im laughing at the memory . Another film you might want to check for absurdness is brain damage where you have a singing parasite in the sink and peter jacksons braindead for laugh out loud craziness but great films to watch .

ah! i did see braindead a long while back and when i remembered it and looked it up not long ago i couldnt believe it was done by peter jackson!!! ive seen scenes to brain damage and it looked awesome, i have both of those movies in my Amazon cart. i put a ton of awesome B movies in it and im trying to slowly order them all to get a nice collection, im trying [u]very[/u] hard not to blow every penny i have hehe. "street trash" is a great one to check out also, and "the stuff" is GREAT and i believe it is on netflix instant stream. "the stuff" has been reminding me of the prometheus trailer were someone is playing with the "green goo" on their fingers. it always pissed me of in "the stuff" that they didnt know what it was but the FIRST thing they do is stick their damn fingers in it! and even worse, taste it. i hope no one purposely tastes the "goo" in prometheus!

thanks!!! i love the big queen, she has a lot of articulation points. i used to make little clay aliens in art class as a kid that got baked in a kiln, im not sure were i have those at. they didnt give me a good grade for it because they said it was "weird", jerks!

The only non-media Alien stuff I have is the cuddliest thing I have ever come across. [img]http://img838.imageshack.us/img838/5715/cbez.jpg[/img] It is amazing, especially when you leave it in unexpected places. @craigamore I loved the Alien boardgame, I used to play it a lot with my friends when I was a kid (well before I was allowed to actually watch the movie). It gave me the creeps anyway. I always chose the green base, because the picture in it (the SJ seat, as I came to realize a few years later) was unsettling and fascinating.

Ridley Scott will eventually tell us how the Queen was born. Right now we have the Deacon; coming soon the Mercury, the May and the Taylor.

I have an ENTIRE ROOM in my apartment dedicated to all my Star Wars and gaming collectibles....... And I wonder why I'm still single........ ;-P But I also used to make Alien eggs in art class as a younger-ling myself. And facehuggers. And chestbursters..... And atmosphere processing stations....... Man. I AM a geek. :-D
