They seem to make a big point about the first image, David walking into another Urn Chamber. Why are they arranged differently this time? A different temple? [img]http://collider.com/wp-content/uploads/prometheus-movie-image-starmap-2.jpg[/img] Africa, where it all starts..or ends [img]http://collider.com/wp-content/uploads/prometheus-movie-image-light-globe.jpg[/img] The derelict up ahead. @Drexlspivey ... Maybe we evolved, and learnt a lot quicker than they thought we would ... and we played catch up a bit too quickly for their liking? ... hence, we all in spaceships NOW ...

great images - as for the first i dunno - could be a different champer in the derelict - the ship´s hologram shows different chambers - the 3d image of the temple mountain is very interesting too - sad it´s not available larger - the third one seems to be from davids view - starchart in the sj chair chamber .... the look of the movie is truly great - can´t wait

Great images the africa image appears to be a huge continent before it has broken up into smaller countries or is my imagination working overtime.

Great pics thanks EGR101! The urn chamber looks like an actual chamber where as the one with the giant face sculpture looks more like a cave The green highlighted areas must be the internal structure of the pyramid. Elbas "cockpit" fully glass encased allowing him full directional view of his surroundings. Must be quite vividly horrifying as he is potentially crashing the Prometheus into the derelict ship

Despite the tech is greatly more advanced then in alien which takeslsce further in the future u can notice the graphics on the screens look very similar to those on the Nostromo

I would not say ramp, well it could show that but also what ever that section is must open up to allow the Derelict to Take Off. The First Image does seem a odd way to stack up those pod/ampoules.

Two quick observations/thoughts -The Earth globe appears to have cloud formations on it. I wonder if this could represent a real-time image of our earth? -The generated images on the Prometheus of the interior of the temple do not appear markedly inferior to the "Star chart" on the Jocky ship. Maybe we aren't too terribly technologically inferior to the Jockeys as one may first assume?

A lot of parallels between human tech & Jockey tech in the trailers: holograms, "suits", operating table, sarcophagi (hyper-sleep chambers for humans), space craft. Somebody suggested that Nostromo & the Derelict are two separate "temples."Look at the design of Nostromo with those pyramid-like towers, and round bottom. Search in Google under "Sirius Star Sign Hieroglyphic". And you know where the designers get their inspiration for Nostromo.

@BigDave The derelict seems to be taking off from below the ground that opens up beneath Shaw in the full trailer. The hangar is in front of the temple.

The globe appears to be geologically a modern Earth. Madagascar is not connected or too close to Africa.

All I'm thinking is there must be something really bad going down if at least 3 dudes are willing to ram the SJ ship. In the earlier trailers it looked like Janek might be the sole person making the kamakazi run on the SJ ship but here we see at least 3 people. Looks like there are collision warnings on all the monitors.

I would have to post this question to snorky here at this point... Snorky, read what hhsmiley wrote above....question for you: Why do you suppose the Derelict is Trying to Leave Lv-426 for Earth and Do you not suspect that the Engineers have made a decision to TERRAFORM IT? That this is Why??? And what do you do you suppose their means are with which to Terrafrom Earth? Has Ridley Himself not stated over and over and over that the Xenomorph is a Biological Weapon Created By The Race Of Space Jockeys to Terraform Other Planetoids? That their Eggs are a form of dropship cargo???
