MemberOvomorphApr-07-2012 3:07 AMReading the posts about Holloway transforming into the Blue Guy I am beginning to wonder if the SJ/Alien is a parasitic life form that starts as the worm/slug and uses other life forms as vessels. Would explain all the piles of the dead pilots/jockeys and one they have now started again with Holloway. Anyone able to expand on that?

MemberOvomorphApr-07-2012 6:13 AMCan be but really dont fit with Alien ... the Alien xeonomorph or better the alien facehugger ( since the xenomorph can be the product of Chestbuster + kane ) dont give any proof of that theory ... and in some ways Prometheus have to support alien "canon" or better give an explaination to everything .

"...he's got an outer layer of protein poly-saccarides, has a funny habit of shedding his cells and replacing them with polarized silicon which gives him a longer resistance to adverse environmental conditions." Ash (Alien).

MemberOvomorphApr-07-2012 6:23 AMI hope that's not the case. a worm controlling the host? that would be too simple. there better be more to it than that. there are movies out that have already done the "body snacthers" type of story.

MemberOvomorphApr-07-2012 2:27 PMThis is making me think that as you say the worm prepares the body for something. I was thinking along the lines of the gods using these worm changed life forms to do their work in terraforming planets for them.
