Look at the trailer where David is standing over the Shaw's cryo-bed and then look at the scene where Shaw is bloodied.Shaw is wearing the same clothes,so unless they put her to sleep after surgery/abortion,then another option could be they leave the initial planet for Earth,or maybe LV426.

That aint blood..........also that scene is in the longer trailer. Actually i wonder if this is before we see Vickers stood on the corner motionless just staring.....seems to be the same corridor.

In the European trailer,she is covered in blood,but the mpaa made them edit the trailer for us wimpy Americans.

Sorry for potty humor, but on a serious note I'm thinking in I-max trailer when Shaw wakes up and hits the guy in decontamination suit, this may be prior to C-section, and her collapsing in front of Vickers and guy in wheelchair.
