retuning the fire?

I cant tell if this is the Prometheus this person is jumping out of or could be the lifeboat?. I think in the UK trailer Janek shouts "whys the door open" IMO this is where Vickers realizes Shaw is trying to leave with what they came there for in the first place. Instead of rushing to escape from the Prometheus crashing into the derelict i think she is chasing Shaw before she compromises the mission.

If thats the case then it would apear Shaw is trying to return what ever upsets the Space Jockeys. which hints to them being upset because we steal someting from them.

Shaw jumping out of the lifeboat that we see jettison before the "Derelict Ship" crash. Whatever is in The Gold Bag is going back where it came from ... That Gold Bag holds the "fire", maybe ? ( or maybe it's Ridley's version of a MacGuffin ? ) Sjacko

... or maybe she's carrying whatever comes out of her in the medpod ?

All copies of Raiders of the Lost Ark had been destroyed prior to the events of Prometheus. Nobody knew that when you steal an artifact from the creepy temple, you're supposed to replace it with an object of equal weight. Oops!

Don't we see David walking with the gold bag in the SJ control room in the trailers? Could it be David is the bad guy in that he wants to see the next step in evolution by delivering the creature taken from Shaw's stomach to whatever needs it in the SJ control room?

I’ve been thinking about the different space suits since the first trailer came out. There is standard one with the larger breastplate. Then the one with the orange lines and the orange shoulder harnesses. From the new Verizon photos, it is pretty clear the orange ones are used for. I don’t think Vickers is chasing Shaw, when she is pulling her outfit off. You can tell from the trailers that the lights in the hallway are flashing in manner that tells you trouble is imminent. I could the following sequence of events: 1. The image above is Shaw. She wants to return "the fire" stolen from the Gods hoping to appease them. She is making a quick getaway from the Prometheus, so she uses the easy to put on escape suit and jumps out. From the Verizon images of the Prometheus, there appears to be an escape area towards the back of the craft as well. This also might tie in with Janek saying why the door was open. 2. We have some images of Shaw in the orange version of the suit with her helmet off and in a hallway with the space jockey statues in the back. This could be her returning to the temple or even after the derelict crash. 3. From the trailers, we also see Shaw in escape suit as the ground is opening up underneath her, and the derelict prepares for take-off. “There won’t be a home to go back to.” 4. Janek decides to put the Prometheus at full-throttle ramming speed. The hallway lights and sirens go into alert. Vickers decides to race for the escape pod. She puts on the escape pod suit and jettisons out. 5. Shaw makes her way towards Vickers’ escape pod. Both start running when the Derelict comes crashing down. They are both wearing the escape suits, but not because they both just jettisoned out of the Prometheus.
