This image was original made for DUNE, but was edited later for Giger's work on the Necronomicon, he must also be a fan of H.P Lovecraft...or the Evil Dead... @Grin: This comparison was made a day or so ago when the new featurette was released. Someone had a top-bottom comparison of the exact same images plus some others.
