Well that one theory would imply that he parasite gets into Holloways eye somehow, then it grows inside him and then it explodes out of his mouth. But then we see a scene where Holloway is walking upto Prometheus with his hands raised in front of Vickers. So i am not sure about that, its a massive question because we see this stages with Holloway. 1) Seems to be him screaming in pain, when what looks like black stuff runing through his viens. 2) We see him looking healthy just he notices something in his Eye. 3) We see him (what i assume to be) drop to his knees while he is being held by Shaw and Ford as they are comming back to Prometheus, he looks a bit greyish. 4) Then we see him back on his feet with his hands raised trying to persaude Vickers he is ok to get on the ship.

Hmmmm interesting... In the second pic with the guy transforming in the wall; you guys think it has any correlation to the pic of the xenomorph we see hanging from the wall in the Christ pose? Just a thought probably wrong but interesting to see

I'm sorry but I don't see anything transforming into any creature of the mural. The only thing I can see is - as stated before - a guy's head upside down and something coming out of his mouth. You can clearly view his nostrils and his open mouth.

Is that another cobra creature in the mouth?

Is an alien/xernomorph looking being, with an strange insectoid head similar to that of the 70s prototype turkey design of the facehugger... Is sitting with its arms crossed... in a dormant xeno-pose, with the humanoid petting its head... it has spìkes in its elbows, long limbs and a biomechanoid ribcage...

It's a huge tongue like thing. Maybe it's a second mouth akin to the Xeno DNA Scott mentioned

i think this is the cobra alien we see later on going into the next guy. it develops through the black stuff in the jar. hence my theory is the black stuff comes in kontakt with human, the larva starts to develop in the human mind, sucking on the brain und growing like a parasite. when it is ready to hatch it bursts out of the head and takes controll of the next body to further furfill his appearance, it does seem as if it needs several stages to become a full space jockey from a human being. but just a theory

The cobra alien enters Milburns suit, attacks him; thats when we hear [i]"its in my throat, its in my throat"[/i] from the other trailers. It then kills him and he falls to the ground. Ford then looks over the body to see if he's okay, and it jumps from Milburn's mouth into her neck.

Pretty nasty pictures. After attacking Ford, what happens next is possibly triggers the rest of the film.

@Mentos I doubt that sequence of events. Whoever is actually speaking - and whenever they actually say it - what they seem, to my ear, to say, is: "It's in my suit"? I find, "It's in my suit", easier to accept as I cannot imagine how anyone could cry, "It's in my throat", while the item we are discussing is in their throat.

BigDave, I'll go with that and it looks like he has rotted a little bit before Ford finds him. Or do you think that could be Shaw.. then she gets it and has to go to the MedPod.

As I mentioned in an earlier thread, try saying "It's in my throat" with something actually in your throat and then reconsider your opinion that this is what is being said. The phrase is "It's in my suit". You can infer this because what you hear sound more like that than "WHHAHHARGARABLE!"

I'm going to bet it's not fifield that has something coming out of his mouth. It's the guy in front of fifield that the proto-hugger attacks. The creature goes in somewhere else and comes out his mouth leaving behind the substance that melts the glass from the helmet. This guy does not live to morph into something else. Fifield gets infected by something else that transforms him into a mutated creature shown in the pic above that is able to throw people around the hanger bay.
