Hologram of SJ running away

Maybe something bad happen back then, and we get to see a recording of it. Something like... an alien.

As I've just stated on another thread... We see no face or obviosly facial expression, and anyway face or bodily communication would be unrecognizable to us mere humans... So the Jockey in the hologram could be running to something or somewhere, like the bridge, the sickbay or toilet!

actually, i dont think thats a SJ running away at all. i think its a person. the hologram of the 3 of them running in the direction of David looks different. come to think of it, the hologram looks a lot like the shot we get from David's POV of a person running in front of him. and if the holograms are some sort of log/playback, that means that someone else was there before them. i had wondered if Weyland was in fact, already on the planet when they get there (if he hid in the first place, why would he reveal himself at all?)...our timeline for what we think about this movie, and how it actually "relates" to Alien, may be completely shuffled around. theres nothing saying that the derelict on LV-426 isnt already there (getting a little off topic i realize VaderTime, sorry), regardless of what the Weyland timeline says. if my company was up to no good, i wouldnt post about it on the website.

and can we get a shot of it and the shot of the three space jockeys on here? i know someone had the individual hologram as their icon. these posts seem to be getting away from providing visual aides.

Decontamination....or sabotage...of the urns....best not hang around...unable to get into the sarcophagi...mutilated/killed in the surrounding tunnels.im not convinced the sarcophagi have chest buster holes....these were killed outside (and they run pretty well with holes in their chests if they did) Conundrum for me is how one is 'sacrifice', how another is 'ghost'....

I think it's three SJ's running for a ship trying to head to earth to start some shit. Maybe they can take some kind of digital form to transport them to their ship quickly/efficiently in case of emergencies.

JP, yes I kept reading the same thing in the forum. There were 3 SJ's in the other hologram: One got decapitated or something, one took off or LV-426 or crashed there supposedly and the last is still here on LV-223. If LV-426 and LV-223 are the same planet, then there is a conspiracy afoot.

No one knows why, maybe the actors didn't even know why, and only rS, lindelof, and the editors know why. maybe their pizza arrived? maybe he ran off to get his guitar to audition for david? maybe he ran to "action stations" if its a hologram, why is it of utter shit quality? the star map is amazing, why should an actual hologram be so lousy? if its a hologram i bet it's the microsoft vista of holograms.

@gameover man that's a good point that's been on my mind for a little while now. In Alien (and I assume he isn't a geologist or archaeologist) Dallas says "It's been dead a long time, (it's) fossilized..." that process takes a little time I am sure, so if we are to go by what we know,it's been there a long,long,long time.

I used the term hologram because that is the only recognizable form (in the western world and many other countries) that people would understand in terms.

In the letter from RS in the blu ray collection he mentions at the end " I hope you enjoy what I have in store for you as we return to this dark, mysterious universe filled with Aliens, Space Jockeys.... and something even more dangerous that you haven't seen yet. Now this was a while ago and ideas can change, but I thought it was worth throwing in here. What could be even more dangerous than Aliens?!
